My new book about Danish Liner Shipping
On Friday, I received the first copies of the Danish-language edition of my new book about Danish liner shipping, entitled 'Dansk Linjefart fra Selandia til Emma Maersk'. This is the story of the development of modern diesel-powered cargo liners and, more recently, super container ships over the period 1912-2012. Nowadays, Maersk Line is the world's biggest and most dynamic liner shipping and logistics company, operating the world's largest container ships, the fantastic Danish-built E-class, one of which is illustrated on the book's cover.
